After over a decade of experience working in high end kitchens in Canada and the UK, I’m thrilled to be bringing the knowledge and chef skills I’ve obtained to your home!
Grateful for having spent time in prestigious establishments like The Ritz London, Dominique Ansel Bakery London, Colette Grand Cafe Toronto, my love for food truly continues to blossom.
I’ve spent the past four beautiful years working on an organic vegetable farm (Wheelbarrow Farm!) just outside of Toronto, where I learned that the best ingredients come straight from the hands of local farmers.
For me, food isn’t just about flavour—it’s about the ripple effect it has on our health, our communities, and the planet. I’m passionate about creating unforgettable dining experiences that celebrate fresh, seasonal ingredients without ever sacrificing taste.
